Returning Items;
Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order. We do our best to resolve issues in the manner that is a good solution for both of us. We however cannot accept opened repair kits. There is a 20% restocking fee if the unit is unused with the original box and packing. You must have an RMA number for a correct return and be within the 15 day period. The 20% restocking fee will cover testing and review of the unit to make sure it is unused.
